It depends on the plan you pick but generally, a Forge & Fork food box is charged on a weekly basis. When you subscribe, you’ll receive a box every week, and the cost reflects the subscription you have chosen.

Until you unsubscribe, you will continue to receive and pay for a weekly box.

Do you deliver to my house?

Yes. We deliver straight to your door. When you place your order, you’ll enter your postcode and choose your preferred delivery day. If we don’t currently cover your area, we’ll let you know before checkout.

How to cancel your subscription?

You can cancel at any time.

Just log in to your account, go to My Subscription, and select Cancel.
Any future deliveries that haven’t already been prepared will be stopped, and you won’t be charged again.

If you change your mind later, you can reactivate your subscription with just a few clicks

Yes. You can choose your meals every week.

Just log in to your account, browse the weekly menu, and select the dishes you’d like in your box.

If you don’t make a selection, we’ll choose a delicious variety for you automatically.

How will my food stay cool?

Your food is packed in an insulated box with ice packs to keep everything chilled and fresh during delivery.

The packaging is designed to maintain a safe temperature for many hours, so even if you’re not home when it arrives, your ingredients will stay cool until you unpack them.

What if there are certain foods I don't eat?

No problem. You can simply avoid choosing meals that contain ingredients you don’t eat.
We offer a variety of options every week, including vegetarian, lighter dishes, and meals without common allergens.

If you have specific dietary requirements, just check the allergen information before you select your meals.

What if I don't want a delivery every week?

If you only want to miss a single week, you can simply email us and we can sort it out for you. If you want to end all future deliveries, you must cancel your subscription before the 5-day deadline.

Yes. Many of our meals are gluten-free.

When you’re browsing the menu, simply look at the labels on the left of each meal. this will clearly indicate whether a dish is gluten free. This makes it easy to choose meals that suit your dietary needs.
